Remote Controlled Cars - Best for 2011

Here is my personal wish list of remote controlled cars, trucks and buggies to buy for 2011. Hope you like some of my choices.

1. Tamiya Avante 2011 Buggy

To me this is a thing of beauty. The chassis design was ahead of it's time. And now Tamiya issued a re-release, the 2011 version with some improvements.

Lots of metal pieces give it a craftsmanship feel rather than just a plastic toy car.

2. Awesomatix Touring Car

The top 1/10 electric touring cars now have similar chassis design. However, the 1/10 Awesomatix pushes the boundary of imagination and innovation in their rc touring car.

Recoil shocks and springs. Shaft drive. Reactive front end. Very low center of gravity.

3. Kyosho Mini Z Monster

The 1/30 scale Volkswagen Baja Beetle SP Limited simply looks great.

4. Kyosho Mini-Z MR-03

The 1/27 scale Kyosho Mini-Z on-road lineup is always great. The detail on the bodies are excellent.
