Tamiya M05 M-Chassis

The Tamiya M05 is the latest m-chassis mini r/c car. It is 1/10 scale, electric powered and front wheel drive. Here is a picture of my Tamiya M05m with a Sport Tuned motor, Novak GTX esc and Orion Lipo battery.

The main reason M-Chassis is popular is they are cheap, simple to build and have realistic r/c car bodies (see photo below):

Tamiya mini r/c bodies include the Datsun 280ZX, Fiat Abarth, Suzuki Swift, Alfa Romeo Guilia GTA, Mazda Miata and the BMW Mini Cooper.

Update: Here is a custom toy mini rc hummer body project that won "Best of Show" in a concours contest.

M-chassis is a fun class. Perfect for beginners and yet even experienced and professional r/c drivers also race and enjoy these minis.
